Measure at the widest part of your abdomen (above the navel), without extra ease—just the exact measurement.
• Waist circumference:
Measure just above the hip bones, at navel level. Gently engage your stomach for a snug, body-hugging fit without ease.
• Hip circumference:
Measure around the fullest part of your seat, without pulling tight—leave room for one finger of ease.
• Trouser length:
Measure from the hip bone (with trousers properly positioned) down to your desired length, including the waistband.
• Sleeve length:
Measure from the top of the shoulder seam (armhole crown) to your desired sleeve length.
• Neck circumference:
Measure diagonally, mimicking the collar of a dress shirt. Never measure horizontally—it will give an incorrect size. Always leave room for one finger of ease.
